    摘要:

    为实现结构紧凑、大流量泵在便携产品中的应用,提出以中间固定的圆形双晶片压电振子为激励的压电泵。通过仿真及理论计算对比可得,与传统的边沿支撑振子的压电泵相比,在振子振动单个周期内,中间固定式的泵的腔体体积变化量提高了近50%。实验所用样泵的尺寸为42 mm×42 mm×14 mm,用锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷(PZT)尺寸为25 mm×0.2 mm的压电双晶片激励,该泵在380 Hz,320 V的正弦激励下,最大流量可达到800 mL/min。

    Abstract:

    For the application of the compact large flowrate pump to the portable products,a compact piezoelectric hydraulic pump actuated by a round piezoelectric bimorph plate is introduced in this study. Compared with a conventional pump,the chamber volume change of the proposed pump increases by more than 50% in one vibrating cycle. A prototype pump with dimensions of 42 mm×42 mm×14 mm was developed and excited by a piezoelectric bimorph and the PZT with a diameter of 25 mm×0.2 mm. The prototype can pump water at a flow rate of 800 mL/min under a driving voltage of 320 V at 380 Hz.
