    摘要:

    提出了一种能准确检测六价铬离子浓度的光纤传感器。利用二苯碳酰二胁与六价铬络合呈现鲜明的紫红色,且随六价铬离子浓度升高,紫红色逐渐加深的原理,在光纤表面镀络合显色薄膜,薄膜与Cr(Ⅵ)络合显色,通过对吸收光谱的测量检测出六价铬离子浓度。实验结果表明,当铬的浓度范围处于0.01~0.1 mg/L时,光谱强度与铬浓度呈正相关。该方法的检出限为0.01 mg/L,检测时间为10 min,检出率为96%。

    Abstract:

    A novel fiber optic sensor for accurately measuring the hexavalent chromium ion concentration is proposed in this paper. The sensor uses the absorption spectral intensity to indirectly detect chromium ion concentration. The principle is that the fuchsia, which origins from the chromogenic reaction between diphenylcartazide and hexavalent chromium, gradually deepens with the concentration increase of six valence chromium ion. The color film, which is plated on the surface of optical fiber, shows amaranth with chromium (Ⅵ) complex. The experimental results show that the spectral intensity positively correlates with chromium ion concentration over the range from 0.01 mg/L to 0.1 mg/L. The detectable limit is 0.01 mg/L, the operating time is within 10 min, and the detection rate is 96%.
