Abstract:This paper studies the bipiezoelectric materials antiplane problems with a crack normal to the interface. With the crack surface assumed electrically permeable, the problems can be transformed into a singular integral equation by using Fourier transform and boundary conditions, and the expressions of the displacement function in crack face,stress intensity factor at the crack tip, electric displacement intensity factor and energy release rate at the crack tip are obtained. The influences of the property of the bipiezoelectric material on the energy release rate at the crack tip is numerically analyzed.
