    通过X线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和阻温特性测试仪,研究了不同NiO、Ni2O3掺杂量对BaNiⅡxBi1-xO3 和BaNiⅡx/3NiⅢ2x/3Bi1-xO3 (摩尔比x=0.02~0.08)热敏陶瓷的物相、显微结构及电性能的影响。结果表明,BaNiⅡxBi1-xO3与BaNiⅡx/3NiⅢ2x/3Bi1-xO3热敏陶瓷的室温电阻率ρ25及热敏常数B25~85值均随着NiO/Ni2O3掺杂量的增加呈现先减小后变大的趋势;试样BaNiⅡ0.04Bi0.96O3取得了良好的热敏性能,ρ25 =2 743 Ω·cm,B25~85 =3 239 K;BaNiⅡ0.02NiⅢ0.04Bi0.94O3陶瓷的ρ25 和 B25~85的最优值分别为65 Ω·cm和2 673 K。

    Abstract:

    The effects of NiO/Ni2O3 doping amount on the phase structure, microstructure and electrical properties of BaNiⅡxBi1-xO3 and BaNiⅡx/3NiⅢ2x/3Bi1-xO3 (x=0.02~0.08) based thermosensitive ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and ρt characteristic tester. The results showed that with the increase of the NiO/Ni2O3 doping amount, the roomtemperature resistivity ρ25and the thermal constant value  B25~85 of the ceramic sample first decreased, and then increased again. The excellent thermosensitive properties were achieved for BaNiⅡ0.04Bi0.96O3 ceramic with ρ25 =2 743 Ω·cm and  B25~85 =3 239 K. For BaNiⅡ0.02NiⅢ0.04Bi0.94O3 ceramic, the optimal values of ρ25 and B25~85 were 65 Ω·cm and 2 673 K, respectively.
