    摘要:

    基于ANSYS Workbench 15.0有限元分析软件,建立了复合悬臂梁和多层悬臂梁两种发电装置的有限元模型,分析了其静力学、模态、瞬态动力学以及谐响应特性,并比较了两种发电装置的发电能力和共振频带。结果表明,在相同约束条件下,复合悬臂梁结构发电装置的发电量优于多层悬臂梁结构,并且复合式悬臂梁结构可将共振频带由一个点扩展到一个区间。

    Abstract:

    Based on ANSYS Workbench 15.0 finite element analysis software, the finite element models of two kinds of generator with the composite cantilever structure and multilayer cantilever structure were established in this paper. The static, modal, transient dynamics and harmonic response characteristics are analyzed, and the generation capacity and resonance frequency band of two kinds of generator were compared. The results show that the power generation capacity of the generator with composite cantilever beam structure is better than that of multilayer cantilever structure under the same constraint condition. Moreover,the resonance frequency band of composite cantilever beam structure can be extended from one point to a range.
