Abstract:The stator support can affect the virbration mode of ultrasonic piezoelectric actuators with large diameter,which affects the output and operating characteristicsof the actuator.Combined with the finite element analysis and the theoretical analysis, the amplitude frequency characteristics of the stator are analyzed, and the variation curves of output speed and tourque with support size are further obtained, so as to quantitatively analyze the influence of suport size change on the output characteristics of actuator.The results show that the change of the size of the stator suppor than an impact on the rotation speed and torque, but the change range of the rotation speed and torque is within 6%. Therefore, when designing the ultrasonic piezoelectric actuator with large diameter, the optimum operating mode of the actuator can be determined by changing the size of the support without greatly affecting the output rotation speed and torque of the actuator.
