    摘要:

    超声检测法具有灵敏度高,穿透力强及使用面广等优点,成为复合材料结构无损检测的主要技术方向。针对碳纤维复合材料轮毂分层缺陷检测的迫切需求,该文在分析超声探伤原理的基础上,建立了碳纤维复合材料轮毂超声检测系统,用于碳纤维复合材料轮毂分层缺陷检测。实验结果表明,该系统能有效用于碳纤维复合材料轮毂的分层缺陷检测,结构简单,安装调试方便,成本低,易于操作,可以满足工程实践需求。

    Abstract:

    The ultrasonic detection method has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong penetration and wide range of applications, and has become the main technical direction of nondestructive testing of composite material structures. In response to the urgent need of detecting the delamination defects of carbon fiber composite wheel hub, an ultrasonic detection system of carbon fiber composite wheel hub is fabricated to detect the delamination defects of carbon fiber composite wheel hub based on the analysis of the principle of ultrasonic flaw detection. The experimental results show that the system can effectively detect the delamination defects of carbon fiber composite wheel hub. It is simple in structure, convenient in installation and debugging, low in cost and easy to operate. It can meet the needs of engineering practice.
