      针对磁性液体倾角传感器敏感方向单一及量程窄的问题,利用类似重力摆原理设计了一种采用隧道磁电阻传感器完成倾角电信号提取的全方位、宽量程球型倾角传感器。首先,设计了电信号采集系统,并测试了该系统的采集能力。其次,通过实验确定了在一定范围内输出电压与倾斜角的线性关系。最后,测试了倾角传感器的测量能力,结果表明,倾角传感器具有较好的测量精度,量程为10°~170°。

      Aiming at the problems of the single sensitive orientation and narrow range of magnetic fluid tilt sensor, an omni directional, wide range spherical tilt sensor based on the similar gravity pendulum principle is designed by using the tunnel magneto resistance sensor to complete the extraction of the tilt electrical signals. Firstly, the electrical signal acquisition system is designed and then the acquisition capability of the system is tested. Secondly, the linear relationship between the output voltage within a certain range and the tilt angle is determined by experiment.Finally, the measurement capability of the tilt sensor is tested. The results show that the tilt sensor has good measurement accuracy with the range of 10° ~ 170°.
