Abstract:At present, the underground electric power pipelines in the city are complex and complicated, and there is an urgent need for a method to quickly identify and locate the power lines. A positioning method based on SAW radio frequency identification (SAWRFID) is presented in this paper. With the strong penetration of SAWRFID, SAW tags are buried in the underground pipeline at intervals to form a position grid, and integrated with GPS\\Beidou positioning technology to form a fast positioning scheme. Meanwhile, in order to increase the detection range of underground tags, the singlephase unidirectional transducer (SPUDT) and tag antenna suitable for being buried in the underground medium have been designed. Finally, the scene test of actual underground soil environment is completed. The performance and advantages of SAWRFID for applications to the underground power pipeline positioning have been verified.
