Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency and dynamic performance of the traditional piezoelectric ceramics driving power,a novel scheme of piezoelectric ceramics pulse driving power is designed based on the double Ntype MOSFET buck topology,and the theoretical analysis and the experimental verification are carried out.In the power system,the input high voltage is adjusted to the lower voltage by the main circuit,and the driving voltage and current of the piezoelectric ceramics are detected in real time by the sampling network.The output voltage is adjusted through the closed loop control. At the same time,the fuzzy proportionalintegralderivative (PID) control algorithm is introduced to improve the dynamic performance of the driving power in order to make the piezoelectric ceramic drive power have a good ability of automatic adjustment.
