In order to adapt to the development trend of the Jacquard warpknitting machine speed exceeding 1 500 r/min,this paper analyzes the warpknitting machine requirements for the offset response time for piezojacquard yarn guide offset driven by piezojacquard drive circuit, a piezojacquard highspeed response drive circuit design scheme is proposed in this paper by analyzing the requirements of the warpknitting machine for the offset response time of the Jacquard needles driven by the piezoelectric Jacquard drive circuit. The design of the main modules including the addressing circuit, optoelectronic isolation, serialin parallelout and 200 V highspeed switch drive in this design scheme is elaborated in detail. The experimental test results of piezojacquard under no load condition indicate that the proposed circuit has high speed tracking ability for the step signals and the fast response can be achieved at the frequency of 35 Hz and the warpknitting machine speed of 2 100 r/min while the Jacquard warpknitting works well. The fabricated circuit is installed on the RSJ5/1 warpknitting machine for actual work testing; the results show that it can meet the requirements of the high speed of the warpknitting machine.
