    摘要:

    研究了不同保护层材料(大理石、水泥砂浆、环氧树脂)在智能骨料制作过程中对电阻、电容性能的影响,以及对由不同保护层材料的智能骨料构成的智能监测系统的性能进行了对比,考察了信号幅值和线性灵敏度两个指标。结果表明,大理石保护层和环氧树脂保护层对智能骨料中压电陶瓷片(PZT)的电阻值无影响,而水泥砂浆保护层对PZT片的电阻值影响较明显,在水泥砂浆潮湿的情况下电阻值较小,干燥情况下电阻值较大;保护层材料对智能骨料的电容值影响较大,其中水泥砂浆保护层导致PZT片的电容值变化量约为18%~27%,大理石保护层导致PZT片的电容值变化量约为18%~22%,环氧树脂保护层导致PZT片的电容值变化量约为17%~20%。由大理石保护层智能骨料构成的智能监测系统其信号幅值和灵敏度最高,其次是水泥砂浆,最后是环氧树脂。根据试验结果大理石比较适合用作智能骨料的保护层材料。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,the influences of different protective layer materials(marble,cement mortar,epoxy resin) on the performance of the resistance and capacitance during the fabrication process of the smart aggregate has been studied,the performances of the smart monitoring system composed of smart aggregates with different protective layer materials have been compared,and two indexes of signal amplitude and linear sensitivity are investigated. The test results show that the marble protective layer and epoxy resin protective layer has no effect on the resistance value of smart aggregate, while the protective layer of cement mortar has a significant influence on the resistance value of the PZT sheet,the resistance value of the cement mortar is small when the cement mortar is wet,and the resistance value is large when the mortar is dry.The protective layer material has a great influence on the capacitance value of smart aggregate,in which the cement mortar protective layer has the greatest influence on the capacitance, the amount of variation is between 18%~27%,followed by marble, between 18%~22%,the epoxy resin protective layer has the least influence on the capacitance,between 17%~20%. In the smart monitoring system composed of smart aggregate which are made of different protective layer materials, the signal amplitude and sensitivity of the smart aggregate with marble protective layer are the highest,the second is cement mortar,and the last is epoxy resin. It is concluded that the marble is the most suitable material for the protective layer of smart aggregate.
