    摘要:

    针对悬臂梁式振动传感器进行了研究,主要阐述了传感器的工作原理与理论分析,并对传感器的幅频特性和灵敏度进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,振动传感器的固有频率为90 Hz,传感器的灵敏度高达121 pm/g(g=9.8 m/s2为重力加速度),平坦区域为10~50 Hz,振动传感器在低频范围内具有较好的频率响应。最后对传感器的悬臂梁进行了疲劳分析与优化改进,使悬臂梁的疲劳寿命提高了150%。

    Abstract:

    The cantilever beam vibration sensors are studied in this paper. it mainly expounds The working principle and theoretical analysis of the sensor are described, and the experimental study on the amplitude frequency characteristics and sensitivity of the sensor has been carried out. The experimental results show that the natural frequency of the vibration sensor is 90 Hz, the sensitivity of the sensor is as high as 121 pm/g (g=9.8 m/s2, which is the acceleration of gravity), and the flat area is 10 to 50 Hz. The vibration sensor has good frequency response in low frequency range. Finally, the fatigue analysis and optimization of the cantilever beam of the sensor are carried out, and the fatigue life of cantilever beam is increased by 150%。
