    摘要:

    提出了一种采用压电纤维执行器(MFC)控制抛物面天线的方法。首先采用数值仿真进行MFC的控制特性评估,其次在抛物面天线表面搭载MFC,通过MFC的逆压电效应产生形变,带动抛物面天线变形,采用激光位移传感器实时监测抛物面天线位移,进而采用前馈控制补偿方式对MFC控制中的迟滞性进行调整,最后将仿真与试验结果进行比较,得到抛物面天线表面精度控制的要求。

    Abstract:

    A method for controlling the parabolic antenna using the macro fiber composite (MFC) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the numerical simulation is used to evaluate the control characteristics of MFC. Secondly, the MFCs are glued on the surface of the paraboloid antenna specimen. The inverse piezoelectric effect of the MFC generates the deformation to drive the deformation of the parabolic antenna. The laser displacement sensor is used to monitor the displacement of the parabolic antenna in real time. Then, the feedforward compensation method is used to adjust the hysteresis in the MFC control. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the test results, and the requirements of the surface control accuracy of the parabolic antenna are obtained.
