    摘要:

    针对柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射系统压电堆执行器的研发需求,研制了压电堆执行器测控系统,设计了压电堆执行器测试台架,开发了压电堆执行器驱动电路和基于Labview的上位机监控系统。通过测试中电集团第26所的一款压电堆执行器的迟滞特性、蠕变特性、刚度特性和动态特性,验证了该测控系统的准确性。

    Abstract:

    To meet the demand of piezoelectric stack actuator developing for high pressure common rail fuel injection system,a test and control system of the piezoelectric stack actuator was developed.This system included the test bench,the driving circuit hardware and the monitor software based on the Labview software.Experiment was made to test the hysteresis,creep,stiffness and dynamic capability of piezoelectric stack actuator made by the CETC26,verifying the accuracy of the system.
