    摘要:

    以固态氧化物为原料,采用固态合成工艺制备PNN-PZN-PZT压电陶瓷,并研究微量添加Na2O对烧结工艺参数对陶瓷压电性能的影响。结果表明,Na2O的添加对材料的成型工艺要求严格,否则易造成成分偏析现象;Na2O的添加使材料的烧成温度范围变窄,陶瓷的压电常数降低约15%,含1%的Na2O的最佳烧结温度约为910℃,其介电常数εr=3 200,压电常数d33=487 pC/N,机电耦合系数kp=0.60,介电损耗tanδ=2%;Na+分布不均匀,在晶界的含量明显高于晶粒内部。

    Abstract:

    The lead nickelate niobate(PNN)-lead zincate niobate(PZN)-lead zirconnate titanate(PZT) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the solid-synthesis with the solid oxides as raw materials.The effect of the mico-addition of Na2O on the sintering process parameters and the piezoelectricity of the PNN-PZN-PZT ceramics were investigated.The results showed that the addition of Na2O was strict with the forming process of the PNN-PZN-PZT ceramics,otherwise,the segregation of chemical composition appeared in the sin...
