    摘要:

    选用不同的矿化剂,采用水热法获得了几种不同物相的PbTiO3纳米材料。当以NaOH作矿化剂时,获得的产物为四方相(PE)PbTiO3;当以乙醇胺作矿化剂时,可分别获得体心四方(PX)和烧绿石相(PY)PbTiO3。微结构分析显示,PX相PbTiO3纳米线直径约20 nm,主要沿[011]方向生长;而PE相PbTiO3纳米线主要沿[001]方向生长;获得的PY相PbTiO3主要由树枝状纳米结构组成。室温Raman光谱研究表明,三种物相的PbTiO3纳米材料均存在一定程度的谱带展宽现象,PX比PE表现出更丰富的声子振动特性。PX相PbTiO3纳米材料在室温呈蓝绿发光现象,该发光应与氧空位引起的非一致性禁带结构有关。

    Abstract:

    PbTiO3 nanomaterials with various phase structures were obtained by the hydrothermal method using different mineralizers. PbTiO3 nanostructures with PE phase could be obtained by using NaOH as mineralizers, while PX and PY phase of PbTiO3 can be synthesized when the ethanolamine was used as mineralizer. The microstructural analysis reveals that the diameters of PbTiO3 nanowires with PX phase is about 20 nm with the [011] growth direction, while the nanowires is along [001] direction for PE phase PbTiO3, and branch like nanostructures is obtained for PY phase PbTiO3. Room temperature Raman spectrum study indicates that peak bands of these three phases were broadened comparing with bulk materials and more phonon vibration mode can be found in PX compare with PE phase. In addition, a blue green luminescence is observed at room temperature for PbTiO3 nanomaterials with PX phase, which should be relative to the non uniform band gap structure caused by surface oxygen vacancies.
