    摘要:

    研究了正交异性压电复合材料(OPCM)换能器的驱动特性,采用1 1型OPCM制备了换能器,对其驱动原理及正交异性进行了理论分析。通过数值仿真和实验测试了其在横观正交方向上不同的压电特性,即正交异性,并得出正交比,该特性可聚集特征信号的能量,从而提高结构损伤的定位精度。OPCM超声换能器模拟与实验测试结果一致,研究表明,这种新型换能器具有明显的正交异性,能在特定方向产生定向应力波,其驱动性能优于片状压电元件。

    Abstract:

    The actuating characteristics of the orthotropic piezoelectric composite materials (Orthotropic Piezoelectric Composite Materials, OPCM) were investigated, which were prepared by 1 1 OPCM type transducer. The driving principle and the orthotropic characteristics were theoretically analyzed. By numerical simulation and experimental tests of its orthogonal directions in the transverse view of the different piezoelectric characteristics, namely the orthotropic characteristics, the orthogonal ratio could be deduced, which could gather the signal energy to improve the positioning accuracy of the structural damage. The simulation corresponded with the experimental results of OPCM ultrasonic transducer, which indicated that this new type of transducer had the characteristics of orthotropic and could generate stress wave at specific directions. The actuating characteristics of OPCM was proved to be better than flake piezoelectric elements.
