    摘要:

    实验箱以MSP430FG4618作为嵌入式智能处理芯片,使用温度传感器DS18B20感知周围温度,通过建准风扇和加热电阻来作为调节手段,使用nRF24L01芯片和NetUSB 24L01模块进行无线传输,完整的构成了一个自动控制实验系统。实验箱系统中温度控制模块采用改进的比例、积分、微分(PID)算法校正温度控制。实验箱还具有LCD液晶屏和上位机两种并行的显示方式,适应了多种环境下查看温度的要求。

    Abstract:

    This experiment box used MSP430FG4618 as an embedded intellective controller, and DS18B20 as a temperature sensor. A SUNON fan and the heating resistor were used to regulate the temperature. The nRF24L01 and NetUSB 24L01 model were used to transmit data with wireless way. All above consist the automatic control experiment box system. The temperature control model of the experiment box adopted an improved Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID) arithmetic to regulate the temperature. Two parallel display methods (such as LCD and PC) were given, which met the need of various environment.
