    摘要:

    针对捷联惯性系统对冲击环境敏感,在冲击条件下动态精度差的特点,分别分析了微机电系统(MEMS)陀螺仪、石英加速度计及安装框架的冲击适应性。提出了在冲击载荷作用下捷联惯性系统结构设计的方法:首先,从结构设计上保证传感器的正交布局;其次,设计了一种简单实用的隔冲结构方式,通过有限元仿真和实物试验,结果表明,此方法可靠有效。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of the sensitivity to the shock circumstances and poor dynamic accuracy under shock loads of the strap down inertial system, the impact capacity of MEMS gyroscope, quartz accelerometer and the framework has been analyzed in this paper. The structure design method of the strap down inertial system under the shock loads has been proposed. First of all, the sensor orthogonal distribution has been guaranteed by the structural design. Second, a simple and practical way to isolate the impact of the structure has been designed. The finite element simulation and the physical test show that this method is reliable and effective.
