    摘要:

    以Zr0.8Sn0.2TiO4(ZST)作为主配方,以w(WO3)=0.25%和w(ZnO)=1%作为改性剂,采用传统的固相法工艺,在烧结环节对其进行降温速率的研究。通过对样品的线性收缩率的测量知1 340 ℃是最佳的烧结温度。在1 340~1 000 ℃的降温过程中研究了不同的降温速率对ZST微波性能的影响。对不同降温速率的样品进行了密度测量。结果表明,降温速率为10 ℃/h时,样品的密度5.05 g/cm3最大。通过X线衍射(XRD)分析仪及矢量网络分析仪对其样品晶体结构和微波介电性能进行了分析。实验结果表明,少量的WO3和ZnO加入可使ZST的烧结温度降低到1 340 ℃;降温速率的减缓会改变晶格尺寸,使晶格体积缩小。微波性能测试最佳结果为在1 340 ℃烧结、10 ℃/h降温速率处介电常数为36.88,品质因数与频率之积Q×f值为35 000 GHz(7.8 GHz)。

    Abstract:

    Using Zr0.8Sn0.2TiO4 (ZST) as the main components,0.25% of WO3 and 1% of ZnO as the modifiers, and applying the traditional solid phase method process, the cooling rate of ZST has been studied at the sintering period. The measurement of the linear shrinkage of the sample showed that the best sintering temperature was at 1 340 ℃. The effect of different cooling rate on the microwave properties of ZST has been studied in the cooling process of 1 340 1 000 ℃. The densities of the sample have been measured at different cooling rates. The results showed that the sample had the maximum density of 5.05 g/cm3 at the cooling rate of 10 ℃/h. The crystal structure and microwave dielectric properties of the sample have been analyzed by X ray diffraction analyzer (XRD) and the vector network analyzer. The experimental results showed that the sintering temperature of ZST could bereduced to 1 340 ℃ by adding small amount of WO3 and ZnO and the slowdown of the cooling rate could change the lattice size of ZST ceramic so that the lattice volume was reduced. The optimal microwave property can be obtained when the sintering temperature was at 1 340 ℃ and the cooling rate was at 10 ℃/h. The dielectric constant is 36.88,Q×f is 35 000 GHz (7.8 GHz).
