    摘要:

    提出了一种基于Labview的数字化光纤光栅信号解调系统,实现了光纤光栅应变传感波长解调。采用Labview编写程序实现信号的实时采集、处理、显示,解决了普通光纤光栅解调设备成本高,体积大等难题;进行了基于上述系统的光纤光栅应变传感实验研究。实验结果表明,反射谱线中心波长漂移量与轴向应力具有很好的线性关系,当应力达到60 με时,光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)对应的波长漂移量约为1.90 nm。

    Abstract:

    This paper proposed a digital FBG signal demodulation system based on Labview software, and realized the FBG strain sensor for demodulating wavelength. The data is also acquisited, processed and displayed by Labview software. It solved the problem of the high cost and huge volume of general spectrum demodulation equipment. Experimental research of strain sensoring was preceded using the system. Experimental results showed that: reflection wave spectrum line center drift and the axial stress had good linear relationship. When the stress was reached to 60 με, the corresponded FBG wavelength shift was about 1.90 nm.
