    摘要:

    提出了一种基于d33模式的梯形压电悬臂梁式能量采集器。采用梯形悬臂梁结构能提高能量采集器的平均应力和降低其最大应力,增加其输出电压和使用寿命;同时由于压电材料的d33系数一般是d31系数的2~3倍,利用d33模式同样能提高能量采集器的输出电压。分析和制备了同尺寸的d31模式和d33模式两种能量采集器,并进行测试。实验结果表明,d33模式能量采集器的输出电压约是d31模式的2倍,具有较高输出电压,与有限元分析结果基本一致。

    Abstract:

    This paper proposes a piezoelectric energy harvester based on a trapezoidal piezoelectric cantilever using the d33 mode of the piezoelectric materials. The trapezoidal cantilever structure can improve the average stress of energy harvester and reduce its maximum stress, thus it can increase the output voltage and service life of the harvester. In another word, the d33 coefficient of piezoelectric materials is 2 3 times of the d31 coefficient, thus the use of the d33 mode of piezoelectric material can increase the output voltage of the energy harvester. The energy harvesters of d31 mode and d33 mode with the same size are analyzed, manufactured and tested. The experimental result shows that the output voltage of d33 mode is about 2 times of the d31 mode with a higher output voltage and is identical with the result using finite element analysis.
