    摘要:

    采用传统的固相合成法制备ZnNb2O6与TiO2摩尔比为1∶x系统微波陶瓷,借助XRD、SEM和LCR测试仪,研究了TiO2添加对ZnNb2O6陶瓷的烧结特性、相组成结构及介电性能。结果表明,随着TiO2含量的增加,晶相结构变得复杂化,TiO2掺杂质量分数x<0.4时,只有ZnNb2O6晶相;0.6

    Abstract:

    The microwave dielectric ceramics ZnNb2O6 dropped TiO2 can be prepared by traditional solid phase synthesis. the sinterability, the phase composition and the dielectric properties of the ceramics with different levels TiO2 are investigated in this paper with the XRD and SEM analytical instruments and LCR testing analyzer. The results show that: the crystalline structure becomes complicated with TiO2 concentration increases. For the concentration of TiO2 (x<0.4), there is only ZnNb2O6 crystalline phase; with the amount of TiO2 (0.6
