The engineering applications demands wide range of working temperature for acousto optic Q switch. The temperature change has little effect on acousto optic Q switch and can be negligible, but is has great effect on the driver and the low temperature power output characteristic of conventional driver is extremely unstable. A method combining the transistor and the MOSFET is introduced in this paper. The problem of power instability has been solved by using this method and good result has been obtained.
