    摘要:

    通过考察生料BaTiO3(BT)与煅烧BT的晶体结构、粉体形貌间的差异,并在3种BT基介电材料中,分别使用生料BT和煅烧BT,研究其介温特性并进行比较。研究结果表明,煅烧BT粉体变粗,晶胞轴率c/a值变大,自发极化增强,使煅烧BT基材料常温介电常数较大,但其居里峰下降,导致容温变化率往负的方向变化;而生料BT因为粉体较细,c/a值小,使生料BT基材料常温介电常数较小,但其居里峰抬升,介温稳定性较为优良,更有可能适应高的工作环境温度。

    Abstract:

    The differences of the crystal structures and powder shapes of raw BaTiO3 (BT) and calcined BT were investigated first, and then the dielectric temperature characteristics of three kinds of BT based dielectric material were studied and compared when used the two kinds of BT respectively.The results show that both the powder size and c/a value of calcined BT are increased, therefor its spontaneous polarization enhances, and the calcined BT based material's room temperature dielectric constant is bigger as well, but its curie peak falls, and leads the capacitance temperature change rate to change from negative direction. While both the powder size and c/a value of raw BT are smaller, though has lower room temperature dielectric constant, its curie peak lifts, and the capacitance temperature change rate becomes better.And the property of dielectric temperature stability is improved, which can adapt to a higher temperature of work condition.
