声表面波滤波器寿命分布研究

    摘要:

    针对声表面波器件产品的失效分布、产品特性参数随时间的变化等因素,造成难以准确预测器件在特定条件下的产品可靠性的问题,该文以声表面波滤波器(SAWF)为基础,设计并搭建了器件寿命试验平台,借助该试验平台进行了两种型号SAWF的温度步进和功率步进寿命试验。通过寿命试验发现,SAWF在145 ℃附近产生频率变化的拐点,温度超过频率变化拐点时,插损严重变化;同时试验还发现中小功率信号对SAWF电性能无明显影响。

    Abstract:

    The failure distribution and characteristic parameters of SAW devices are not definite with the variation of time, thus the reliability of device can not be predicted accurately under certain conditions. A life test platform for SAW filter (SAWF) has been designed and set up in this work. The life tests of the temperature step and power step of two type of SAWF have been carried out by using this life test platform. It has been found that the inflection point of frequency variation of SAWF occurred at about 145 ℃. When the temperature exceeded the inflection point of frequency variation, the insertion loss of SAWF became worse. It has also been found that the moderate and small power signals have no significant effects on the electric performance of SAWF.
