    摘要:

    采用提拉法生长Ce∶LYSO闪烁晶体。通过研究晶体开裂及产生过冷的机理,优化温场结构设计,解决了这两种现象之间的矛盾,实现了大尺寸Ce∶LYSO晶体的生长,晶体尺寸达到60 mm×280 mm。先后生长不同掺杂浓度的Ce∶LYSO晶体,并根据相应的测试结果确定了合适的掺杂比例,进一步明确不同通气方式对晶体性能的影响。结果表明,Ce掺杂浓度达到0.15%时,发光强度最大,晶体内部无明显缺陷。晶体在抽真空充流动氮气条件下生长,有利于提高晶体的透过率,对相对发光强度的影响不大。

    Abstract:

    The cerium doped lutetium yttrium oxyortho silicate (Ce∶LYSO) crystals were grown by the Czochralski method. The temperature field was designed according to the mechanisms of crystal crack and super cooling, and optimized by experiments. Then the large size of 60 mm×280 mm Ce∶LYSO crystal was realized. The Ce∶LYSO crystals with different cerium concentrations were grown, and the congruent cerium doped concentration was demonstrated by the scintillation properties measurement. The effects of different protection gases on the crystal performance were also discussed. The result showed that when the Ce concentration was 0.15%, Ce∶LYSO had the best light output with no obvious defects. The mode of using N2 flow after vaccumizing was helpful for crystal transmittance improvement, but having less influence on light output.
