    摘要:

    研究了一种基于0.02BiGaO3-0.32BiScO3-0.66PbTiO3(BGSPT66)压电陶瓷的高温加速度传感器。采用传统固相法制备了BGSPT66的压电陶瓷,其压电系数(d33)约为320 pC/N,居里温度(TC)约为465 ℃;设计了以BGSPT陶瓷作为压电振子的垂压式加速度传感器,进行了灵敏度与温度稳定性依赖关系测试。实验表明,BGSPT加速度传感器在20~200 ℃具有稳定的输出信号,相对灵敏度(S)约为18 mV·s2/mm,并有较好的低频稳定性。这种压电加速度传感器体积小,灵敏度高及温度稳定性好,有望在石油勘探和航空航天等相关领域获得应用。

    Abstract:

    A kind of high temperature piezoelectric accelerator based on 0.02BiGaO3-0.32BiScO3-0.66PbTiO3(BGSPT66) ceramics is investigated.The BGSPT66 piezoelectric ceramics prepared by the conventional solid phase processing has the piezoelectric constant (d33) of 320 pC/N and Curie temperature (TC) of about 465 ℃.A vertical pressure piezoelectric accelerator has been designed by using BGSPT ceramics as the piezoelectric vibrator and the dependence of the sensitivity on the temperature stability has been tested.The experimental results show that the BGSPT piezoelectric accelerator has stable output signals at 20~200 ℃,the relative sensitivity (S) of about 18 mV·s2/mm and good low frequency stability.This piezoelectric accelerator has the features of small size,high sensitivity and good temperature stability and is hopeful of applications to the oil exploration and the aerospace fields.
