    摘要:

    基于声波在气体中传播时的声波衰减原理,提出了无需参比通道的单通道六氟化硫(SF6)浓度声学检测方法。该方法把理论计算出的声波经空气中的检测通道衰减后的声压值作为参考值,并实测声波经检测通道衰减后的声压值,用两者的比值作为SF6浓度的表征参数,计算相应的SF6浓度。对该方法进行了理论推导和数值仿真,并应用CC2430的Zigbee无线片上系统(SOC)设计了SF6浓度无线传感器节点。数值仿真和实验结果显示,在SF6浓度比较低时,声压参考值与实测值的比值跟SF6气体浓度之间保持较好的线性关系,验证了基于声波衰减原理的单通道SF6浓度无线传感器节点的有效性。

    Abstract:

    A single channel detection method of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) concentration without reference channel presented based on acoustic attenuation in air in this paper. This method uses the theoretical sound pressure value of sound waves through the detection channel in air as a reference, and measures actually the attenuated sound pressure value through the detection channel. The ratio of the two sound pressure values as a function of SF6 concentrations derived to calculate the SF6 concentration. A wireless sensor node is designed using Zigbee wireless SOC of CC2430 based on acoustic attenuation method. Experiments and simulation demonstrates that when SF6 is rare, the linear relationship between SF6 concentration and the ratio of the two sound pressures does exist. The effectiveness of the single channel SF6 concentration wireless sensor and the wireless sensor node has verified.
