    摘要:

    用溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸钡纤维,研究了原料种类对前驱体溶胶制备的影响。研究发现,用钡和钛的无机盐不能制备溶胶;以钛酸四丁酯和醋酸钡为原料,制备了钛酸钡陶瓷纤维。凝胶纤维在900 ℃煅烧1 h后,物相为立方BaTiO3相,纤维直径为40 μm。

    Abstract:

    Barium titanate fibers were prepared by Sol-Gel method. The effect of raw materials on sol preparation was studied. Barium titanate ceramic fibers were not obtained by using the inorganic salts of titanate and barium as raw materials; but the fibers could be prepared by using Ti(C4H9O)4and Ba(CH3COO)2 as raw materials, by which barium titanate ceramic fibers were preparation by sintering at 900 ℃ for 1 h, with cubic BaTiO3 phase of 40 μm in diameter.
