    摘要:

    利用射频电路模拟软件中构建的声表面波(SAW)低损耗滤波器设计工具,对S波段SAW滤波器的设计技术展开研究。通过建立集总参数模型,分析高频下封装效应对滤波器性能的影响,并成功研制出中心频率达2.2 GHz,最小插入损耗为-3 dB,相对带宽达到7%的SAW滤波器,测试与仿真结果基本一致。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, a new SAW filter design tool based on RF circuit design software has been developed. Using this new design tool, the design methods of S band SAW filter has been investigated. In order to analysize the packaging on the performances of SAW filter under high frequency, the lumped parameter model of packaging has been established. A SAW filter at 2.2 GHz,with the insertion loss of -3 dB and the relative band width of 7%, has been developed. The simulation result and measurement result almost agreed well.
