    摘要:

    采用流延法制备了长×宽为125 mm×125 mm,厚最薄为50 μm的铁氧体电磁屏蔽片。研究了电磁屏蔽片屏蔽近场噪声源能力与材料磁谱间的关系,同时研究了材料中的CuO含量及助烧剂Bi2O3的添加量对材料磁谱的影响。结果表明,电磁屏蔽片屏蔽近场噪声源的能力与材料在13.56 MHz下的磁导率μ′及品质因数(Q)相关。CuO含量过大,材料的磁谱特性会变差;Bi2O3的添加量对材料的高频段磁谱性能影响不大。

    Abstract:

    The ferrite electromagnetic shielding sheet with the size of 125 mm×125 mm and the least thickness of 50 μm were prepared by tape casting process.The magnetic spectrum of the ferrite and the performance of the electromagnetic shielding sheet under the condition of application have been studied.The effects of content of CuO and sintering aid Bi2O3 in the prescription of the material on the magnetic spectrum were also analyzed. The results indicated that the performance of the electromagnetic shielding sheet under the condition of application was related with the magnetic conductivity μ′and the value of Q of the material at 13.56 MHz.The magnetic spectrum would degrade when the content of CuO was too large.The magnetic properties of material at high frequency have little dependence with the additive amount of Bi2O3 in the prescription.
