This paper introduces a low loss surface transverse wave resonator of 1.435 GHz frequency,Its insertion loss is 3 dB,and loaded Q is 1 573. Using it in Colpitts type oscillating circuit,it has a low phase noise that is -105 dBc/Hz,-137 dBc/Hz,-168 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz, 10 kHz, 1 MHz of the carrier of the surface transverse wave oscillator.
