    摘要:

    悬浮物中的微粒在超声驻波场作用下受到声辐射力作用后会向声场节点处聚集。将该原理应用于机油中杂质颗粒的分离,对微粒进行受力分析,建立粒子受力运动分析模型和运动方程,并进行了粒子运动分析。通过实验观察了在特定驻波场的作用下粒子向波节点积聚的现象,实验结果与理论分析吻合,证明了应用超声波的方法从机油等粘性流体中分离杂质的可行性。

    Abstract:

    The particles suspended in fluid will move towards to nodes by acoustic radiation force in ultrasonic standing wave field. This theory can be applied to particles separation in engine oil. The forces on particles under ultrasonic wave field and the motion of particles were analyzed; the particle force motion analysis and particle's motion equation were established. The phenomenon of particles moving towards to wave nodes by the action of certain ultrasonic standing wave field was observed through experiment. The experiment result shows that the experimental results agreed well with the theoretical analysis. It is verified that the proposed method is feasible to be applied to separate the impurity from the viscous fluid such as engine oil.
