    摘要:

    通过有限元分析法对高频超声换能器各组成部分的厚度影响进行了系统分析。创建了一个合理的有限元模型,通过仿真得到了不同条件下的声场特性与振动特性。结果表明,匹配层可改善声波透射的穿透特性并对导纳曲线变化有较大影响,引入了另一个共振频率;且厚40 μm的压电振片的最优匹配层厚度是13.5 μm。背衬层的厚度效应分析结果证明背衬层可改善声场的特性,一定程度上改善了导纳曲线,但背衬层的厚度变化对声场的影响较小。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the effect of thickness of each component for 50 MHz ultrasound transducer was investigated based on the finite element model (FEM).A reasonable finite element model has been established, and the sound fields and vibration characteristics in different conditions have been obtained by simulation. The results show that adding a match layer can improve the sound penetration transmission and has great influence on the admittance curve on which another resonant frequency appears; and the optimum thickness of match layer is 13.5 μm for 40 μm piezoelectric disc.The analysis of effect of thickness of backing layer shows that it can improve the sound field characteristic and the admittance curve at some extent, but the change of its thickness has small influence on the sound field.
