    摘要:

    高压开关柜温度监测系统是保障开关柜可靠运行的重要部分,该文论述了基于声表面波(SAW)的温度监测技术,提出了一种基于SAW技术的测温系统,给出传感器的压电材料、设计结构和阅读器的结构图。目前该系统已在110 kV以上变电站应用,运行稳定、效果良好。

    Abstract:

    The temperature monitoring system has become an important part in the safe working of switchgear. The temperature monitoring technology based on surface acoustic wave (SAW) was described in this paper. A temperature monitoring system based on SAW technology was proposed. The piezoelectric material and the block diagram of sensor, the reader structure of its hardware were also given. This system has been used in 110 kV Shangwang substation and it works stably and has good effect.
