    摘要:

    设计了一个具有3个有限传输零点的小型化高阻带抑制三阶带通滤波器(BPF)。采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术实现了一个中心频率在2.45 GHz、带宽100 MHz的带通滤波器,且具有优良的带外抑制性能,输入、输出驻波比低于1.12。通过在每个谐振腔上增加一个小型电感,在带外产生了多个有限传输零点,零点的位置可通过控制电感值的大小轻松移动。整个滤波器的外形尺寸为3.2 mm×2.5 mm×1.5 mm,满足1210型号封装要求。

    Abstract:

    A miniaturized high stop band rejection third order band pass filter (BPF) with three finite transmission zeros was presented in this paper. The BPF with a center frequency of 2.45 GHz and 100 MHz bandwidth was implemented using low temperature co fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. The filter had excellent out of band attenuation; and the input/output VSWR was less than 1.12. By adding extra inductive elements to the each resonator configuration, several transmission zeros would be generated. The location of the transmission zeros could be adjusted by properly controlling the value of inductors. The overall size of the filter was 3.2 mm×2.5 mm×1.5 mm, fitting for the 1210 packing.
