      介绍了一种新型旋转超声电机即压电定子和压电转子振型嵌合式旋转超声电机驱动控制试验系统。系统以LabVIEW作为开发平台,通过DAQ板卡和外围电路的设计进行输入输出采集与控制。该系统能输出幅值、频率、相位可调节信号,通过光电编码器检测超声电机转子位置反馈给系统用以保证电机下次启动时保持定转子振型嵌合位置关系。试验结果表明,该试验系统完全满足此新型旋转型超声电机驱动控制试验要求。
英文摘要:
      The paper is to design a test incentive system for a new type of rotary ultrasonic motor called rotary ultrasonic motor with vibration type mosaic of the piezoelectric stator and rotor. The LabVIEW is used a development platform of the system, and the acquisition and control of input/output are carried out by the DAQ interface card and designed peripheral circuit. The system can output the amplitude, frequency and phase adjustable signals. The rotor position measured by the photoelectric encoder is fed back to the system to ensure that the mosaic position of stator and rotor can be kept when the ultrasonic motor starts next time. Experimental results show that this test system can fully meet the requirements for testing the new type of rotation ultrasonic motor.
