    摘要:

    该文介绍一种采用横向滤波器结构设计的极窄带声表面波滤波器的设计方法。通过优化抽指加权设计,衍射分析及修正,同时采取措施有效抑制波导效应,研制出极窄带宽、高矩形度、高带外抑制的声表面波滤波器。该产品的插入损耗约-21 dB,1 dB相对带宽约为1‰,带外抑制大于50 dB,通带波纹0.3 dB,产品综合性能指标优异。

    Abstract:

    The design method of very narrowband surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter with transverse structure is introduced in this paper. Through optimizing withdrawal weighting design, diffraction analysis and correction, and suppressing the wave guide effect by taking some effective measures, a SAW filter with very narrow band, good shape factor and high rejection has been fabricated. The insertion loss of filter is -21 dB, 1 dB relative band width is 1‰, out of band rejection is more than 50 dB, and passband ripple is 0.3 dB. The device has excellent comprehensive specifications.
