    摘要:

    数字水幕不仅可给人视觉上的享受,且在日常生活中可给人们提供很多方便。压电泵具有结构简单,耗能低,体积小等优点,基于压电泵控制的数字水幕系统研究不多。对基于压电泵控制的数字水幕系统进行了研究,搭建了一套可进行压电泵水滴实验的实验平台。经实验测出了压电泵PSS20使水滴间距最小的最佳频率为16 Hz,最小水滴间距为16 mm,并可对水滴个数进行精确控制。

    Abstract:

    Digital water curtain can not only give us visual enjoyment, but also can give people a lot of convenience in daily life. Piezoelectric pump is characterized by small size, simple structure, low energy consumption, etc. The study on the digital water curtain system based on piezoelectric pump control is rare. In this paper, digital water curtain system based on piezoelectric pump control was studied and a set of experimental platform which can perform droplets experiment of piezoelectric pump was built. Optimal frequency of piezoelectric pump PSS20 is measured through experiments and it is 16 Hz. In this frequency, the smallest droplets spacing can be 16 mm. What's more, the number of droplets can be controlled precisely.
