    摘要:

    采用固相法制备了(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti0.92Zr0.08)O3-x%Co2O3(BCTZ-xCo,x=0 ~ 1.4)无铅压电陶瓷。研究了不同Co掺杂量对该陶瓷的显微结构、介电性能及压电性能的影响。结果表明,所有样品均具有单一的钙钛矿结构,随Co2O3含量的增加,晶粒尺寸逐渐细化减小,介电常数εr、压电常数d33、平面机电耦合系数kp均呈下降趋势。机械品质因数Qm显著增大,当x=0.7时,具有最佳的综合电性能,其中d33=392 pC/N,kp= 46.0%,Qm=435,介电损耗tan δ=0.62%,表明BCTZ-xCo陶瓷材料是一种具有应用前景的无铅压电材料。

    Abstract:

    Co2O3 doped (Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti0.92Zr0.08)O3(BCTZ-x%Co,x=0 ~ 1.4) lead free ceramics have been prepared by the solid state method. The influence of Co2O3 content on the microstructure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. The results show that all the samples possess a pure perovskite phase structure. With increasing of Co2O3 content, the grain size decreased gradually, together with the decrease of the dielectric constant εr, piezoelectric coefficient d33 and electromechanical coupling factor kp. Mechanical quality factor Qm improved significantly. The ceramic withx=0.7 exhibits the optimum electrical properties,d33=392 pC/N,kp =46.0%,Qm = 435, tan δ=0.62%.The results show that the BCTZ-xCo ceramic is a promising candidate for lead free piezoelectric ceramics.
