    摘要:

    该文研究了如何提高半球陀螺的设计带宽以满足某平台惯性导航系统的工程化应用。采用实验方法得到陀螺头部增益和传递函数,运用比例积分微分控制相结合的校正方法来设计控制回路,并通过仿真软件确定了传递函数的零极点,而仿真绘制的频率特性曲线证明了所设计控制回路的快速性和稳定性。经优化后的半球陀螺实际测试结果将系统的带宽提高到20 Hz,输出噪声水平控制在3 mV以下,满足了该惯性导航系统的应用,实际应用亦验证了该设计的有效性和合理性。

    Abstract:

    The method of improving the design bandwidth of hemispherical resonator gyro (HRG) is studied to meet the needs of engineering application of a platform inertial system.The top head gain and transfer function of the gyro have been obtained by the experimental method, the proportionalintegraldifferential controller correction method is used to design the control loop,then the pole zero transfer function is determined through the simulation software. The frequency characteristic curve drawn by the simulation results verifies the express and stability of the control circuit.The bandwidth of the optimized HRG has improved to 20 Hz and the output noise has improved to less than 3 mV,and it satisfies the application of the inertial navigation system.The practical application has demonstrated the effectiveness and reasonableness of the design.
