    摘要:

    采用固相合成法制备高膨胀系数钡硼硅微晶玻璃材料,研究了不同质量分数的ZnO等量取代BaOB2O3SiO2体系中BaO后对钡硼硅系微晶玻璃的热学、力学和电学性能影响,并结合XRD、SEM微观分析对其进行机理研究。结果表明,当ZnO的质量分数小于3%时,随着ZnO含量增加,能促进玻璃析晶,且石英晶相转变为方石英晶相的含量开始减少,瓷体更致密,抗弯强度增大;但ZnO的质量分数达到5%时,B2O3析出量增加,使液相烧结不完全,玻璃相显著增加,导致该体系微晶玻璃抗弯强度急剧下降,介电损耗增大。

    Abstract:

    BaO-B2O3-SiO2 crystallite glassceramics with high thermal expansion coefficient was made by solidstate method.The effect of equivalent replacement of different BaO content by ZnO on the thermal, mechanic and electric properties of BaO-B2O3-SiO2 Glassceramics was investigated.The properties and mechanism of the glassceramics were characterized by XRD and SEM microanalysis.The results showed that when the content of ZnO was less than 3%,with increasing ZnO content,it accelerated the crystallization and the content of cristobalite transformed by quartz decreased to some extent; it also made the glassceramics more dense and increased the bending strength.With the replacement of 5%,liquid phase sintering was inadequate and the glass phase increased rapidly because of the increase of B2O3; the bending strength of glassceramics decreased and the dielectric loss increased rapidly.
