    摘要:

    声表面波(SAW)射频识别(RFID)技术是当前信息识别系统向无源无线发展的关键技术,在工业、国防及商业等领域有重要作用和广泛应用前景。该文探讨了SAW RFID技术原理及信息编码方案;综述了典型的SAW RFID产品及应用;提出了SAW RFID技术发展趋势,对推动SAW RFID 技术发展和应用有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    SAW radio frequency identification (RFID) is the key technology developed for passive and wireless information recognition system, playing an irreplaceable role in fields of industrial,national defense and commercial with broad application prospects.Based on public reports and research practice of SAW RFID, the technical principal and information coding scheme of SAW RFID is discussed;Typical SAW RFID products and their applications are reviewed;and the developing trends of SAW RFID are proposed, which would be of great importance in promoting the improvement and application of SAW RFID technology.
