    摘要:

    采用固相反应法合成Li2O B2O3 SiO2掺杂的ZnAl2O4陶瓷。研究了Li2O B2O3 SiO2 (LBS)玻璃对ZnAl2O4陶瓷微波介电性能的影响。采用X线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究其相结构与微观形貌,采用闭腔法测量其微波介电性能。结果表明:添加6wt% LBS玻璃可以使ZnAl2O4陶瓷的烧结温度由1 650 ℃降至1 250 ℃,且无第二相产生。当LBS的添加量为6wt%时,ZnAl2O4陶瓷在1 250 ℃烧结3 h获得最佳微波介电性能:εr=7.6,Q×f =24 000 GHz,τf=-58×10-6/℃。

    Abstract:

    ZnAl2O4 ceramics doped with Li2OB2O3-SiO2 were prepared by conventional solid reaction method. The effect of Li2O-B2O3-SiO2 (LBS) glass on the microwave dielectric properties of ZnAl2O4 was investigated. The phase structure and the microstructure of the ceramics were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopic techniques. The microwave dielectric properties of the sintered samples were measured by the shielded cavity resonance method. The results showed that the sintering temperature of ZnAl2O4 ceramics with 6wt% LBS addition can be effectively reduced from 1 650 ℃ to 1 250 ℃ without second phase formation. The 6wt% LBS doped ZnAl2O4 ceramics sintered at 1 250 ℃ for 3 h have the optimum microwave dielectric properties: εr=7.6,Q×f=24 000 GHz and τf=-58×10-6/℃.
