In order to reduce the effect of hysteresis of piezoelectric ceramic and improve tracking accuracy of the system, the hysteresis model based on Preisach model was designed. Fitting the experimental data with the Matlab software, the hysteresis inverse model using the inverse control thought was obtained. On the basis of the hysteresis inverse model, the feed forward and PID control algorithm was proposed. Experimental results showed that the maximum hysteresis of piezoelectric ceramic was controlled within 2.2%; input and output with a good linear relationship. Piezoelectric ceramic had good control performance with feed forward and PID control.
