Abstract:Considering the availability of power station steam turbine noise, this paper will study on the acoustic field characteristics of power station steam turbine by using the Helmholtz resonator and electrical switching device and combining with the acoustical theory research method. Using the Helmholtz resonator for acoustic amplification effect, through the electromagnetic transducer placed on the rigid wall of the Helmholtz resonator, the amplified sound waves convert from acoustic energy into electrical energy. The conversion electrical energy supply power for the load through an amplified steady flow circuit. Based on the acoustic properties of the power station steam turbine, perforated plate as a Helmholtz resonator array was introduced, of which the acoustic parameters such as acoustic mass, damping loss and acoustic compliance and so on are studied. The electrical circuitry and mechanical circuitry were coupled to the acoustic circuitry for simplification. Finally, the voltage power response curve is obtained at the two ends of the load. Thus, it is concluded that the acousto electric conversion is achievable.
