    摘要:

    介绍了大功率超声波压电换能材料在工业及国防上的主要应用。通过对传统压电陶瓷工艺在某些工序的改进,如二次细磨的湿式化及通过四元系压电陶瓷配方的优化发现可制备出高居里温度(TC =330 ℃)大功率超声压电陶瓷换能器材料,测得其压电常数(d33)可达350,机械品质因数1 200,机电耦合系数(kp)为0.6,同时具有良好的一致性、机械强度和抗冲击能力。

    Abstract:

    This paper introduced main applications of high power ultrasonic transducers′ materials in field of industry and national defense. We found that, by improvements in some processes of conventional piezoelectric ceramic manufacturing technology, such as second wet mill, and with an optimized quaternary system piezoelectric ceramics′ ingredients, we can produce high power and high Curie temperature (TC=330 ℃) ultrasonic transducers′ materials with better piezoelectric performances. The measured d33 can reach to 350, the mechanical quality factor of Qm is 1 200 and its kp is 0.6, and the ceramics has the features of good uniformity, high mechanical strength and good impact resistance.
