    摘要:

    分析了单一左、右手传输线的电路特性,并利用其非线性相位特性,设计了一种平面、低损耗的宽带180°移相功分器。首先通过调节单一左、右手传输线的结构参数,并与传统传输线进行相位比较,在单一左、右手传输线的通带内实现45°相位差,然后将4个传输线单元级联构建了180°移相器,最后采用180°移相器设计了相位差为180°移相功分器。移相功分器的测试结果表明,在3~8.3 GHz内,反射系数小于-10 dB,输出端口间的隔离度大于17 dB,输出端口间的幅度差小于0.6 dB,相位差为180°±5°。该结构性能优良,制作成本低,适用于宽带天馈系统。

    Abstract:

    By analyzing the circuit characteristics of simplified right/left handed transmission line (SRLH TL) and utilizing its nonlinear phase features, a planar, low insertion loss 180° phase shift power divided is designed.Firstly,a 45° phase difference between the SRLH TL and the conventional TL is obtained by adjusting the parameters. Then, a 180° phase shift is designed based four cascaded units,which is utilized for broadband 180° phase shift power divider.The measured results indicated that the proposed 180° phase shift power divider achieves 3~8.3 GHz bandwidth with return loss of less than -10 dB,isolation of more than 17 dB, magnitude difference of less than 0.6 dB and phase difference of 180° ± 5°.The proposed divider has the features of good performance and low cost and is suitable for broadband antenna feed system.
